Worth, Plano, Allen, McKinney, Irving, Carrolton, Richardson,Frisco, Denton, and throughout the mid cities: Arlington, Hurst, Euless, Bedford. In any condition.
-Does the condition of home matter? A: NO! We buy homes AS-IS, and in any condition. Older homes, homes needing extensive repairs, hoarder houses, houses with mold, homes needing foundation repairs are all eligible.

-What does it cost me to have the Dallas Home Buyers write an offer? A: Nothing! We will do an in person evaluation, free of charge, and provide you with a written Texas Real Estate Commision sanctioned contract the day of the evaluation.

-How long does it take to get an offer from The Dallas Home Buyers? A: Typically, by just answering a few questions about your property, like the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, overall condition and location we can give you an offer estimate over the phone. However, we will schedule a time to come view the property to confirm property details, and give you a formal offer on the spot.

-How do the Dallas Home Buyers determine how much they will pay on a property? A: We look at many different factors when making an offer on a property, such as location, condition, repairs needed, and what other homes in the area are selling for.

-When will we need to move out? A: That is something that can change based on the scenario. Typically, we don't like to buy homes with a closing date longer than 3 months out from us putting the home under contract. However, we will allow some people to stay in the property after we purchase it for a period of time up to 1 month. This typically is at no charge back to you.

-What if the property belonged to a family member and they didn't leave a will? A: The Dallas Home Buyers will work with a real estate attorney that can help push the process along. We do this at NO COST to you.

-What if my mortgage is not current? A. Call us ASAP. The banks can be quite expedient during a foreclosure process. We have experience negotiating with banks, and in some cases reducing the penalties owed.

-What if my property has a tax lien or other liens? A: This is a complex question, and will depend entirely on the specifics of the situation, but we have experience buying properties that have delinquent property tax liens, mechanics liens, even HOA liens.
